About the role

Location: Colombia Descripción: Liderar la unidad de negocio de Colombia con ownership integral sobre resultados, revenue, posicionamiento y performance. Desarrollar relaciones ejecutivas con clientes clave y actuar como sponsor en deals de mayor impacto. Representar a Pomelo frente al ecosistema local (clientes, partners, reguladores). Cumplir y superar el Sales Plan 2026 (Revenue, New MCV, Tier 1 Logos y expansión).
